When you book a consultation or send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, preferred branch, the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time, and any message you write.
We also record how you reached our website, such as the advertisement or search that brought you here, and basic analytics about pages visited.

Who we share it with

Photos and videos
We take before and after photos for your record. We publish a photo or video only with your written consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us.
Live chat
When you use the chat on our website we save your name, phone number, messages and any photos you choose to send, so that our team can answer you and call you back. Photos are visible only to our team. Chat records and photos are deleted after 90 days.
Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics and advertising tags, to measure visits and the performance of our advertising. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Our own visit counter
Our website also counts visits itself, so we can see how many people visit and which pages, buttons and advertisements help them reach us. For this your browser keeps a random number that does not identify you. We record the page, the time, whether you use a phone, tablet or computer, how you reached our website, and whether you tapped buttons such as WhatsApp, Call or Chat. We do not record your name, phone number, IP address or anything you type, and this counter sets no cookies. Detailed records are deleted after 13 months; only daily totals are kept after that. Clearing your browser's site data removes the random number.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
